This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide administrative and sales assistance to the National Accounts team
• Gain insight into the Manulife Bank operations and its distribution networks
• Address requests for sales and marketing materials and support sales events
• Prepare and maintain essential sales reports and pertinent sales information
• Oversee employee status modifications and monitor expenses
• A post-secondary degree and/or a relevant combination of education and experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, professional, and diplomatic abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal communication and business writing capabilities
• Proficiency in both English and French
