This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Leadership in the field and operational assistance.
• Perform market visits and accompany sales teams on ride-alongs.
• Assist with direct sales and event marketing activities.

• Reinforce standards of execution, professionalism, and accountability.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience is required.
• Experience in door-to-door sales, events, telecom, wireless, fiber, solar, or other high-volume B2C sales settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and influence sales teams.
• Strong comprehension of sales metrics, recruitment, and field operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work autonomously in the field.
