This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver expert remote and onsite technical services along with high-level support for Digital Pathology equipment.
• Serve as a point of contact for the Business Unit (BU) to relay trends and resolve parts-related issues.
• Expand knowledge and experience to enhance product and application expertise.
• Support the training and development of fellow team members.
• An associate degree combined with over 3 years of experience in field service engineering and technical roles.
• More than 1 year of experience in providing technical training in a classroom environment.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Digital Pathology instruments.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
