National Manager – Member Marketing, Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Spearhead multi-channel communication strategies to effectively engage members within communities.

• Establish standards, tools, and best practices to guarantee consistent, high-quality communications.

• Collaborate with community leadership to improve member engagement and communication efficacy.

• Monitor member feedback and communication performance to guide ongoing enhancements.

• Develop and implement national marketing campaigns and program launches.

• Ensure that all marketing materials align with established brand standards.

• Partner with operations teams to boost member participation, engagement, and revenue.

• Identify opportunities to improve the overall member communication and marketing experience.

• Lead and oversee key marketing and communication initiatives, including digital platforms and publications.

• Ensure consistency and quality of content across community websites and communication channels.

• Collaborate across functions to deliver integrated marketing and communication strategies.

• Support the training and development of teams regarding brand standards and marketing expectations.

• Establish and disseminate best practices to promote operational excellence and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities.

• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or multi-site environments is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Proven business acumen with the capacity to analyze data to drive results.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
