• Proven experience in soliciting and securing donations of five figures or more.

• Strong history of successfully soliciting and obtaining major gifts.
• Highly self-driven and proactive individual.
• Experience in leveraging data and analytics to guide donor cultivation strategies.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with donor management systems, particularly Salesforce is preferred.
