National Major Gifts Officer – Associate Director of Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and nurture a network of approximately 300 potential donors.

• Establish significant connections with donors.

• Spearhead the development of engagement strategies for both donors and prospects.

• Collaborate with National and Affiliate teams to pinpoint funding opportunities.

• Promptly update donor information within the database.

• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of fundraising strategies.

• Dedication to enhancing equity in opportunities and outcomes for children.

• A minimum of seven years of proven success in donor-facing fundraising roles.

• Proven experience in soliciting and securing donations of five figures or more.

• Capability to engage, motivate, and inspire donors effectively.

• Strong history of successfully soliciting and obtaining major gifts.

• Highly self-driven and proactive individual.

• Experience in leveraging data and analytics to guide donor cultivation strategies.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with donor management systems, particularly Salesforce is preferred.
