This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead sales performance, manage essential accounts, and cultivate new business opportunities in retail, B2B, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.
• Achieve sales targets across all distribution channels.
• Manage and enhance relationships with key retail partners.
• Identify and onboard new investors and partners for monobrand stores.
• Extend presence in significant and emerging luxury markets throughout India.
• Drive profitability through effective retail execution and product mix.
• Foster relationships with architects, designers, and developers.
• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand excellence, compliance, and a premium customer experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in sales leadership within the premium or luxury sectors.
• Strong expertise in key account management, business development, and project sales.
• Proven track record in B2C, B2B, and hospitality channels.
• Experience in developing retail or franchise networks.
• Strategic thinker with robust analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (40–50%) and occasional trips to Köping, Sweden.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (local language proficiency is required).
• Flexible work arrangements.
