National & International Admissions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the business development strategy, including recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events, while overseeing execution throughout the acquisition, conversion, and retention phases.

• Create sales propositions and value messaging that align with academic programs.

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and technological advancements.

• Execute market benchmarking and competitive analysis.

• Define and execute business development initiatives aimed at prospect acquisition, lead conversion, and candidate retention.

• Lead commercial campaigns to generate and convert prospective student leads.

• Develop promotional strategies to enhance program visibility and attract student recruits.

• Contribute towards achieving student enrollment targets.

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.

• Determine target audiences and create customized recruitment strategies.

• Represent GUS France and its academic institutions with referral partners, educational stakeholders, and external influencers.

• Manage, mentor, and develop team members effectively.

• Set objectives and coordinate team activities to ensure alignment.

• Monitor individual and team performance and implement necessary corrective measures.

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate performance metrics.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure the achievement of set objectives and performance targets.

• Serve as a member of the Operations Committee.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (Master's level) in Marketing, Business, or Sales.

• Exceptional sales presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in commercial and business development techniques.

• Experience in team management and leadership.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with agility and a collaborative networking approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

• Good command of the English language.

• Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach.

• Ability to foresee challenges, demonstrating situational awareness and responsiveness.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing capabilities.

• Positive and enthusiastic disposition.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills.

• Adaptability and effectiveness under pressure.
