National & International Admissions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the business development strategy, which includes selecting recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events, while ensuring effective execution across the acquisition, conversion, and retention stages.

• Create sales propositions and value messaging that align with the academic programs offered.

• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and technology intelligence, along with benchmarking and competitive assessments.

• Establish and execute business development initiatives aimed at prospect acquisition, lead conversion, and candidate retention.

• Drive commercial campaigns to attract and convert prospective student leads.

• Develop promotional strategies to increase program visibility and enhance student recruitment efforts.

• Contribute to the achievement of student enrollment targets.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities for business development.

• Recognize high-potential target audiences and craft tailored recruitment strategies.

• Represent GUS France and its academic institutions to referral partners, education stakeholders, and external influencers.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members; set objectives, coordinate activities, and enhance performance.

• Monitor the performance of individuals and teams, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

• Gather, analyze, and assess performance data.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure the successful achievement of agreed-upon objectives and performance targets.

• Participate as a member of the Operations Committee.

• Generate and analyze key economic and financial performance indicators related to GUS France Group activities to assist in departmental and CEO decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree (Master's level) in Marketing, Business, or Sales.

• Exceptional sales presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in commercial and business development techniques.

• Experience in team management and leadership.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with agility and a collaborative networking approach.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

• Good command of the English language.

• Strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach.

• Ability to anticipate challenges, demonstrating strong situational awareness and responsiveness.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the business.
