• Designs, develops, and implements compliant learning solutions that enhance the effectiveness and credibility of participants.
• Establishes trust and credibility with key stakeholders through consistent engagement, as demonstrated by feedback and successful collaborations.
• Utilizes existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within Franchise training to minimize redundant efforts.
• Exhibits direct and transparent communication with key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and mutual alignment.
• Offers constructive and specific verbal and written feedback to training participants, helping them recognize their strengths and weaknesses along with a plan for performance improvement.
• Assesses the skill levels of training participants and tailors coaching and training methods to meet individual needs.
• Cultivates Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers by providing them with meaningful roles during foundational training and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities, integrating training activities into franchise team business plans.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives and may take on additional special projects within the training organization.
• Aids in the onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs while "leading through teamwork" to foster and maintain positive peer-to-peer relationships.
• Operates effectively with minimal guidance and direction from senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and utilization of critical learning/teaching platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, iSpring).
• Experience working with and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Over 5 years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist, with comprehensive knowledge of the medical buy-and-bill process.
• Understanding of applicable regulations and standards governing Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
• Previous experience leading projects with regional or national significance.
• Proven track record of high performance and a strong grasp of what drives success in a commercial organization.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals at all management levels to build partnerships and align training with business strategy.
• Established ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that provide competitive advantage for the organization.
