This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with Design Group leaders and Process Design engineers throughout the organization to pinpoint service opportunities that align with Cadence's established and supported services.
β’ Organize Lunch and Learn sessions to inform professionals about all Cadence services.
β’ Provide weekly reports to the Director of Cadence regarding the latest leads and overall sales activities related to services.
β’ Monitor all sales activities in the CRM system and follow up on leads for all service opportunities.
β’ Work alongside the Service Project Manager to identify new service types that can enhance Cadence's established offerings.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by Cadence and the capabilities of field service technicians.
β’ A high school diploma or GED is required.
β’ 5β10 years of technical sales experience in maintenance services, service plans, sanitary distributors, food and beverage manufacturing equipment, and/or mechanical equipment.
β’ Proven, measurable sales performance, including consistent achievement or surpassing of quotas, high-volume activity, and regular closure of new business.
β’ Strong comprehension of manufacturing processes and maintenance requirements.
β’ Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and occasionally automation systems.
β’ Understanding of sanitation requirements and food safety standards.
β’ Capability to build relationships with maintenance managers, maintenance technicians, and plant managers.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
β’ Strategic and consultative selling skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
β’ Technical aptitude to deliver product training and support.
β’ Strong time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage a large territory.
β’ Willingness to travel and oversee a diverse account portfolio.
