This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute training programs for agency and corporate staff located outside of headquarters.
• Set objectives and create, develop, and manage training initiatives focused on sales techniques, product information, group referencing, and role-playing activities.
• Create and supply materials along with developmental support for sales regions during training sessions and presentations at conferences or meetings.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, corporate sales management, product management, and marketing teams to formulate sales strategies and integrate them into training programs.
• Assist the field in surgical cases to promote adoption, enhance outcomes, and ensure sustained revenue growth, including Ring Fix, Hindfoot Nail, and minimally invasive surgical procedures.
• Recognize training needs and opportunities in collaboration with corporate national and regional sales managers and agency leadership.
• Incorporate feedback into strategic plans for Sales Training.
• Develop and implement learning and development content, programs, and platforms, including ECI templates and AXIS implementation.
• Identify essential sales competencies and formulate short-, medium-, and long-term team development plans.
• Discover emerging learning trends and implement learning and development strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain business relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, National Accounts, Product Management, Marketing, and Medical Education.
• Coordinate training venues, logistics, transportation, and accommodations with the Meetings team.
• Monitor training and development trends to enhance sales-force competency and performance using statistical models linked to sales results.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably in Marketing, Science, or related fields.
• MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of sales or industry experience is required.
• At least 3 years of direct responsibility for all facets of a learning function in sales, marketing, training, or product management.
• Experience in the orthopedic/medical device sector is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales operations and sales effectiveness is required.
• Direct experience working with external customers is necessary.
• Must possess the ability to influence both internal and external sales personnel and be recognized as a learning authority within both groups.
• Familiarity with the clinical/hospital/physician environment.
• Strong project management, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution of solutions/programs in healthcare settings.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and planning abilities.
• Training in professional selling and the sales process is necessary.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is preferred.
• Results-driven and client-focused.
• Resourceful and innovative regarding available resources.
• Capable of working collaboratively across functional boundaries.
• Frequent travel is required; up to 70% travel in the field and at Arthrex, Inc.
