This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assume responsibility for fulfilling title requirements in preparation for closing.
β’ Act as the primary contact, ensuring proactive and transparent communication with clients.
β’ Serve as the main intermediary and maintain consistent dialogue with external title companies.
β’ Carefully examine signed closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Provide support to Escrow Officers throughout the entire escrow process.
β’ At least one year of experience in title or escrow.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable collaborating across functions to identify and resolve inquiries.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as both an individual contributor and a team player with internal and external partners.
β’ Highly organized, with the agility to quickly adjust priorities as needed.
β’ Self-driven and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
β’ Technical proficiency: skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, and adaptable to learning new systems.
β’ Familiarity with escrow and title software, preferably Qualia.
