This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main relationship manager for a portfolio of national enterprise accounts
• Develop trusted, multi-layered relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in each account
• Actively monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction to proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they escalate
• Manage the renewal process from start to finish, negotiating terms and ensuring timely and valuable renewals
• Serve as an internal advocate for your accounts, collaborating with Support, Product, and Operations to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
• Discover and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell, additional locations/divisions/business units)
• Sell into new divisions, subsidiaries, or business lines within established national accounts
• Create and implement strategic account plans with defined growth targets for each account in your portfolio
• Proactively identify and secure new rooftops, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, then transitioning smoothly into ongoing account management
• Achieve renewal, retention, and expansion revenue targets (quota-carrying)
• 7-10 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, serving large/national accounts
• Demonstrated experience managing or selling to national automotive dealership groups (e.g., Lithia Motors, Group 1 Automotive, AutoNation, Asbury Automotive, or similar) is essential
• Proven history of managing renewals, driving expansion revenue, and independently signing new rooftops/locations within existing named accounts—this role emphasizes both sales and support
• Strong consultative selling abilities combined with authentic relationship-building skills
• Experience navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and extended sales/renewal cycles
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with pipeline forecasting
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 50% of the time to engage with national account stakeholders and visit dealership rooftops
