This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Lead and manage the performance of Event Sales Managers across a designated region.
⢠Offer daily regional venue support by mentoring, coaching, and inspiring venue event sales teams to surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
⢠Develop and implement sales strategy plans tailored for each venue.
⢠Cultivate and assist sales teams in all aspects of prospecting and outreach efforts.
⢠Oversee CRM operations within the region, generating and analyzing reports that track trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
⢠Recruit and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training for the sales teams.
⢠Ensure alignment with national sales standards throughout the region.
⢠Conduct research and monitor market trends, new business opportunities, and competitor offerings.
⢠Build and maintain national corporate relationships and facilitate multi-site bookings.
⢠Prepare comprehensive reports for the VP of Sales.
⢠Maintain regular communication with the VP of Sales, Regional Operations team, and General Managers.
⢠Collaborate with the VP of Sales and peers to create national event marketing campaigns.
⢠Over 7 years of experience in event sales and leadership as a Regional or National Sales Director in a high-volume ($12M+ annual event revenue) multi-unit setting.
⢠Proven track record of managing a team of 10 or more direct reports.
⢠Willingness to travel, work remotely, and be present at venues as required.
⢠Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
⢠Comprehensive understanding of prospecting and outbound sales strategies, along with relationship and strategic selling.
⢠Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in budget management and forecasting.
⢠Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with an innovative approach.
⢠Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
⢠High level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and OneDrive.
⢠Familiarity with Tripleseat or other catering software is advantageous.
