This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Sales Managers along with other sales team members.
• Establish clear expectations for daily activities, performance standards, and professional development.
• Oversee time-off requests and scheduling for Regional Sales Leaders.
• Assist the VP in managing the sales budget and travel expenses.
• Provide Leadership Development and training to Regional Sales Managers.
• Create and implement commercial strategies that align with company objectives to promote growth.
• Plan, execute, and supervise effective sales and marketing initiatives to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Monitor team performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Support Regional Managers in mentoring Account Managers and Business Development Representatives to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales, Marketing, Lab Operations, and Professional Education teams to align efforts and drive results.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Support vendor relationships to cultivate strategic and profitable partnerships.
• Utilize Salesforce to generate reports, analyze data, and track performance.
• Partner with Finance to ensure the accuracy of commission statements and territory alignment.
• Set financial targets and contribute to budget planning and management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years in a Sales Manager or Director level position is recommended.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other sales-related software tools.
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key customers.
• Professional experience in the dental or healthcare industry is required.
