This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Propel and enhance the strategic vision of Sollis Health’s Medical Partnerships sector.
• Oversee the national Medical Partnerships P&L, driving new member enrollment through volume agreements and referral relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five regional field representatives in New York, Florida, and California.
• Establish regional and individual performance targets, standards, and conduct structured pipeline evaluations.
• Directly manage National Accounts and Health System partnerships from initial prospecting and contract negotiations to activation and growth.
• Identify new market expansion opportunities by fostering partnerships with medical practices.
• Create repeatable systems and playbooks for physician engagement, referral activation, and partner retention.
• Enhance Medical Partnership offerings, model structures, and engagement strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics.
• Identify, coordinate, and secure multi-region National Account opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on co-branded initiatives, partner-facing materials, and event strategies.
• Manage the team budget for representative travel, physician dinners, and partner events.
• Contribute to board-level and executive reporting regarding channel performance, partner pipeline, and strategic direction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must reside within a Sollis market – New York, NorCal, SoCal, South Florida.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in concierge-level medical partnerships, physician sales, or provider-facing commercial roles in a healthcare environment.
• Previous experience managing a field sales team, demonstrating a track record of developing representatives and enhancing regional performance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance frameworks, data-sharing agreements, and physician partnership contracts.
• High proficiency in Salesforce and data-driven pipeline management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and clinical leadership audiences.
• Credible, relationship-oriented presence with physician and clinical audiences.
• Player-coach mentality: adept at leading a team while maintaining high-value relationships personally.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes across the entire channel.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating market intelligence into prioritized actions.
