National Director, External Expert Engagement, Breast Cancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement an annual plan.

• Engaging with Medical Experts (ME) and coordinating efforts across Marketing, Medical, and General Management for all brands.

• Conducting and/or facilitating cross-functional one-on-one interactions with Tier 1 MEs to gather post-approval insights and feedback.

• Creating submissions for advisory boards and consultancy opportunities.

• Working alongside Medical Affairs to identify, nominate, and/or deploy MEs.

• Scheduling, coordinating, and executing cross-functional engagements with Tier 1/2 MEs.

• Acting as a primary liaison between the defined ME universe and Novartis.

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive ME engagement strategy for commercial objectives.

• Overseeing the creation and usage of brand materials and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Account Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant disease area is preferred, but it is essential in Specialty Sales, with a robust understanding of thought leaders, institutions, and systems within this domain.

• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

• Creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

• Proven capability to develop and implement key strategies.

• Experience with financial and budgetary management.

• At least 2 years of experience in line management or people management.
