This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborating and partnering with essential stakeholders to implement and carry out an annual plan.
• Conducting and managing cross-functional one-on-one engagements with Tier 1 MEs to gather insights and feedback.
• Assisting in the identification and approval of Novartis commercial participation at regional and local conferences.
• Creating and executing a comprehensive ME engagement strategy for commercial objectives.
• Acting as a primary liaison between the established ME universe and Novartis.
• Working together with key stakeholders to deliver commercial educational initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in TLL, Account Management, or a related area, including a minimum of 2 years in line management or people management roles.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the specific disease area is preferred, though required in Specialty Sales; significant familiarity with thought leaders, institutions, and systems in this domain is essential.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry, along with a proven ability to cultivate productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Capability to think creatively and conceptually.
• Proficiency in developing and executing key strategies.
• Experience with financial and budgetary responsibilities.
