This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue and meet sales objectives within your designated health system market territory.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders in health systems to comprehend their requirements and challenges, particularly in Supply Chain, Pharmacy, IT, and Nursing sectors.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers within the health system sector and your assigned area.
• Collaborate across various internal departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to guarantee the effective implementation and adoption of our solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Engage in negotiations for long-term agreements with health systems, ensuring advantageous terms and conditions for both parties involved.
• Provide regular updates and reports concerning sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
• Oversee your sales territory expense budget for the health system market.
• Maintain and update the Salesforce database to reflect opportunity details, forecasts, and pipeline data.
• Travel as necessary to health system clients, participate in joint sales calls with colleagues, and attend both domestic and international tradeshows; travel may reach up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in selling healthcare solutions to health systems, focusing on Supply Chain/Inventory control, Pharmacy solutions (Central Fill/Central Distribution preferred), and point of care workflow enablement.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with health system operations, challenges, and trends.
• Proven capability to utilize an existing professional network of IDN Pharmacy and Supply Chain operations leadership.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to C-suite executives in health systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working cross-functionally and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer success.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
