Director – Evidence Synthesis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior scientific resource for SKE Program Associates

• Offer expert advice, methodological guidance, and ensure quality assurance

• Compose and revise summaries of scientific knowledge in designated high-priority fields

• Consult and collaborate with external scientific authorities and researchers

• Maintain and oversee knowledge and expertise databases

• Contribute scientific insights, review, and editorial support for APA materials

• Provide guidance, consultation, and training to team members

• Participate in additional assigned tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in psychology is required

• A Ph.D. in psychology is preferred

• A comprehensive understanding of the psychological science literature

• Familiarity with information gathering and research in the digital era

• Capability to resolve a variety of complex problems

• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment

• Proven success in a collaborative team environment

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and AI-assisted search tools, and research databases including PsycINFO
