This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic direction and operational management of the material estimating function throughout the organization.
• Facilitate the centralization of personnel and processes from a local to a national level.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership and operations to create service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality results while continuously optimizing workflows to enhance accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and profitability.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance workflows to boost speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish accountability for performance metrics, accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Work with enterprise peers to exchange best practices and promote standardized, top-tier solutions.
• Lead and support the development of personnel, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, mathematics, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Significant experience in residential construction, design, and/or estimating environments.
• Proven experience in leading multi-location or regional teams.
• Demonstrated success in process standardization, operational enhancement, and change leadership.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales organizations in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of residential construction systems, design, and estimating processes.
• Strategic thinker adept at balancing standardization with local market demands.
• Effective leadership, coaching, and management skills focused on accountability.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities across a regional scope.
• High degree of initiative, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with estimating and design platforms such as SAGE Estimator (PlanSwift), SAGE 300/500, or comparable systems is preferred.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
