This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for SPRINT® PNS procedures, both in-person and remotely.
• Ensure the consistent application of SPRINT clinical best practices.
• Travel nationwide to offer case coverage when local support is unavailable or in areas without dedicated local representation.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and provide case support in conjunction with the Director of National Accounts.
• Collaborate with territory leadership to facilitate the swift adoption of SPRINT therapy.
• Deliver hands-on training to physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff, aiming for independent account delivery of SPRINT therapy.
• Conduct training for healthcare providers covering: fundamentals of SPRINT therapy, patient selection, procedural workflow, and troubleshooting.
• Act as a clinical resource for healthcare providers implementing SPRINT therapy.
• Support patient pre-education and follow-up to maintain continuity of care throughout the SPRINT therapy duration.
• Assist with patient experience initiatives as required.
• Help the Director and SPRcare ensure successful execution of new provider account setups.
• Aid in the collection of Purchase Orders.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels at Independent Accounts or accounts with commercial stocking.
• May accompany the Director or Sales Leadership on sales calls.
• May provide training and assistance to new field clinical specialists or case support specialists.
• Help in the creation and management of leads, contacts, and accounts in SFDC.
• Assist in developing, distributing, and reporting on key metrics for email campaigns.
• Must keep all credentialing requirements up to date.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all components of the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Submit product complaints according to company procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical science, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device clinical support.
• Background in supporting interventional pain, neuromodulation, or implantable therapies.
• Familiarity with procedural environments (OR, ASC, or procedure suites).
• Willingness to travel extensively.
