This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing strategic client accounts for BloodManagement and Bedside Transfusion Solutions throughout the DACH Region.
• Meeting sales goals through innovative strategies tailored for key accounts.
• Accountable for the successful implementation of Transfusion Management systems.
• Generating usage reports and collaborating with customers to implement plans.
• Recognizing challenges and offering direct support and training.
• Attracting new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients.
• Communicating targets for product lines to agents and providing coaching.
• Formulating and executing account management strategies to stimulate growth.
• Organizing product education sessions for customers and agents.
• Participating in national projects and strategic conversations.
• Cultivating robust relationships to enhance competitive standing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• A minimum of 7 years in sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
• Strong technical and clinical expertise in medical procedural techniques.
• Proven experience in project management and consultative selling.
• Capability to develop influential relationships and navigate sales challenges.
• Proactive approach with strong customer relationship abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians at senior levels.
• Proficient in understanding and training customers; effective presentation skills.
• Exceptional collaboration and team-building capabilities.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German, with fluent English skills.
