This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Develops and executes sales strategies aimed at selling products and services to new large group accounts or government programs within a designated business segment, product line, or geographic area.
β’ Engages in business development efforts to explore new growth avenues and pinpoint potential clients within a specified territory or geographic location.
β’ Plays a significant role in influencing sales and retention initiatives.
β’ Enacts strategies required to reach sales targets in the assigned regions.
β’ Manages intricate negotiations and provides consultation on challenging renewals, positioning products, pricing structures, and expanded product offerings to boost sales or facilitate difficult renewals while maximizing revenue.
β’ Collaborates with clients to understand their needs and leverages our complete product range to create a comprehensive package tailored for the client.
β’ Organizes sales materials, testimonials, and the involvement of subject matter experts to support the effective delivery of presentations to constituents.
β’ Oversees communication and planning among key stakeholders and delivers successful finalist presentations.
β’ Works alongside account management regarding their assigned portfolio of clients.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare sales experience, particularly in Specialty sales - Dental/Vision/Voluntary.
β’ Proficient in explaining pertinent process components and issues related to organizational matters and trends in sufficient detail during discussions.
β’ Strong persuasive presentation skills that articulate value and influence clients to make purchases.
β’ Capable of effectively negotiating with both internal and external clients to secure profitable outcomes in the marketplace.
β’ Possesses a thorough understanding of business financials, products, and services.
β’ Must hold an active health/life insurance license.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
