This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Effectively implement sales strategies for designated national accounts while fostering a long-term relationship-focused selling approach.
• Oversee and enhance national account relationships.
• Propel outside sales initiatives.
• Optimize Yamaha product distribution channels.
• Recognize opportunities for account development and market expansion.
• Ensure attainment of sales targets.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives.
• Address critical issues affecting assigned accounts.
• Foster positive customer sales interactions.
• Enhance the efficiency of channel partner engagement.
• Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies.
• Analyze product placement and market reach.
• Evaluate and suggest training options for channel partners.
• Create and sustain sales forecasting processes.
• Coordinate resources and support for demand creation.
• Demonstrated sales experience within the piano sector.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and/or Analytical software.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems.
• Competence with office productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%, including occasional nights and weekends.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Background in retail or wholesale environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Tableau is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Reside in New York, Los Angeles, CA, or Chicago, IL.
