National Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational lead on a daily basis for designated national partner accounts.

• Manage the daily execution and coordination tasks for assigned partners, ensuring that requests are addressed accurately, consistently, and punctually.

• Facilitate partnership cadence activities, including weekly check-ins and monthly business reviews by preparing necessary materials, tracking action items, and ensuring operational commitments are fulfilled.

• Collaborate closely with centralized teams to deliver on specific partnership requirements, guaranteeing timely and precise completion of necessary tasks.

• Aid in key aspects of partner-related initiatives such as launches, expansions, pilots, and integrations, contributing to the execution of defined timelines and deliverables.

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and readiness milestones, raising issues when necessary to maintain progress.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of Salesforce dashboards and Tableau reporting by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account coordination, account management support, operations, or client services roles (preferably in healthcare, home care, insurance, benefits, or B2B services).

• Strong operational execution capabilities, with proven experience managing workflows across various systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting tools).

• Experience in cross-functional environments, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Billing, Legal, or similar internal teams.
