National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of approximately 7–8 Clinical Program Consultants.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of customer-facing CPC initiatives.

• Establish priorities and allocate resources in alignment with the needs of Field partners and customers.

• Collaborate with Field leaders to aid in business retention and growth goals.

• Mentor and develop team members.

• Engage directly with customers in a strategic advisory capacity as required.

• Work alongside Aetna National Accounts Field Sales and Service personnel to identify customers who might benefit from clinical management programs.

• Assess and analyze medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trend drivers.

• Recommend clinical programs and enhancements to manage trends and maximize return on investment.

• Advise clients on employee health trends and customize cost-management strategies.

• Optimize clinical and financial outcomes for customers.

• Identify and assist in addressing gaps in clinical programs.

• Navigate shifting projects and priorities while mitigating negative impacts.

• Act as a primary resource on clinical programs for Aetna National Accounts.

• Evaluate performance through regular and timely feedback to support service delivery, engagement, motivation, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations, and business management.

• At least 7 years of varied clinical and well-being experience.

• Capability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Previous experience in managing and/or leading teams.

• Unrestricted RN/LCSW license is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
