• Oversee a National Account team for a designated region while implementing and communicating business strategies to generate new sales opportunities, enhance sales and profitability, and facilitate contract negotiations.
• Direct a team of National Account Managers to achieve profitable sales through the National Accounts sales channels, while guiding individual team members in formulating strategic business plans and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage contract negotiations and mediation processes, while executing price management strategies and organizing marketing strategy sessions.
• Perform territory assessments and introduce new strategies to improve sales performance, boost profitability, and discover growth opportunities, integrating sales pipeline processes to optimize operations and promote corporate initiatives.
• Create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective communication, streamlined account setup, and improved account success rates.
• Work in collaboration with various internal departments to drive sales and provide a supportive framework for National Account agreements.
• Identify and convey new sales opportunities and target more lucrative business while maintaining relationships with the organization’s largest customers and local sales teams.
• Develop and mentor National Account Managers to enhance internal growth prospects.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing a National Account territory.
• More than 3 years of management experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Varicent, and Microsoft Office Suite.
