This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Create and execute policies and procedures governing the flow of information for designated clients
• Set and implement performance and service benchmarks
• Ensure productivity aligns with or surpasses service and quality expectations
• Build and maintain relationships within the industry
• Offer coaching and mentorship to Client Service Administrators
• Facilitate communication regarding assigned accounts with field teams and subcontractors
• Manage the communication of requested process enhancements from assigned customers
• Elevate customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments
• Address and resolve customer pain points
• Actively identify and rectify failures or potential issues before they are noticed by customers
• Develop expertise in assigned industry verticals
• Collaborate with internal departments, service branches, technical managers, and operations managers to address complex administrative and service challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• A college degree is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 3–5 years of experience in client management
• Background in sales and billing is advantageous
• Experience in project management, peer leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Capability to multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn new software programs related to business units as required
• Demonstrated sense of urgency in addressing client and partner issues
• Strategic and innovative thinking capabilities
• Availability to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as necessary
