Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Address the needs, concerns, and inquiries of investment executives and clients

• Adhere to established policies and procedures to guarantee accuracy and timely execution concerning market deadlines

• Support the account opening process

• Conduct initial reviews of documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Serve as a liaison between the investment executive and clearing firm, fund company, and carrier to facilitate uninterrupted transactions

• Maintain electronic client records and documentation using proprietary web-based software

• Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to customers

• Ensure that client satisfaction remains a key competitive advantage for Osaic Institutions

• Propose and implement new policies and procedures in response to business and regulatory changes

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Orientation towards client service

• Capability to quickly learn and apply new information

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Detail-oriented approach

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Capacity to work independently

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Effective time management skills

• FINRA Series 7 License (preferred)

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)

• Experience in financial services (preferred)
