Client Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the accounts of designated local programs

• Track procedures and processes that influence customer satisfaction

• Ensure uniformity in service delivery

• Execute contract renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions for the assigned accounts

• Coordinate renewal pricing and finalize location coding parameters

• Generate and distribute stewardship and various reports

• Educate clients on loss data and cost drivers affecting the assigned programs

• Organize project activities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, enhancing overall customer satisfaction

• Detect issues impacting consistency and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with program management leadership to address problems

• Identify service trends at the office level and develop service improvement plans

• Recognize and pursue cross-selling opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred

• Colleague must pursue CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or another relevant designation

• A minimum of six (6) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience

• At least one (1) year as an Account Coordinator or three (3) years of adjuster experience

• Strong ability for clear and conceptual thinking

• Exceptional judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion

• Capability to manage work-related stress

• Proficiency in handling multiple priorities at once

• Ability to meet deadlines effectively

• Computer keyboarding skills

• Willingness to travel as necessary
