This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and implement strategies tailored to specific national and strategic retail accounts.
• Ensure that account strategies are in alignment with the overall goals of the company.
• Act as the main point of contact for key retail accounts.
• Cultivate customer relationships to promote long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to broaden distribution, boost sales velocity, and strengthen brand visibility.
• Collaborate with TWC sales teams at regional and state levels to enhance execution and account management.
• Oversee the relationship and activities of the Wonderful Sales team to guarantee excellence in-store.
• Work alongside distributors to optimize supply chain processes and ensure product availability.
• Analyze account performance and create comprehensive reports.
• Execute action plans aimed at improving distribution, execution, and overall business outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and retail dynamics.
• Proactively tackle challenges and discover new opportunities.
• Manage around 12 national and regional retail accounts.
• Travel is expected to be approximately 50%.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
• A master’s degree in business administration is advantageous.
• At least 7 years of sales experience in the wine and spirits sector.
• In-depth knowledge of distributor management, pricing strategy, and sales execution across various markets.
• Strong analytical skills and financial management expertise.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
• Experience in designing and assessing incentive programs, promotional strategies, and pricing models.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• A passion for premium wines and a dedication to quality, innovation, and long-term brand development.
• Familiarity with the Ohio retail landscape and the broader Midwest region.
• Experience working with significant retailers such as Kroger.
• Approximately 50% travel is required.
• Candidates are ideally located in the Midwest, preferably in Cincinnati, Ohio.
