This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, engage, and establish connections with dealerships for business development and portfolio growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with dealerships through regular visits, phone communication, and account performance evaluations.
• Comprehend dealers’ needs by conducting fact-finding, maintaining regular follow-ups, and gaining insights into their business operations.
• Implement targeted sales initiatives and product demonstrations.
• Address challenges and deliver inventory solutions for dealer clients via primary and supplementary product offerings.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance sales strategies and market penetration.
• Collaborate with dealer clients, sales teams, internal stakeholders, marketing departments, and senior management.
• Report directly to the Market Sales Director.
• 3-5+ years of experience in outside sales or business development.
• Background in automotive sales or a related industry.
• Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in CRM software.
• Ability to effectively communicate compelling use cases and value propositions to dealerships.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 75% of the time.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field (Nice to Have).
• Direct experience in start-ups or SaaS environments (Nice to Have).
• Knowledge of and experience in the automotive remarketing industry (Nice to Have).
• Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management (Nice to Have).
