This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Identify, engage, and establish connections with dealerships to foster business development and expand the portfolio.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with dealerships through consistent visits, phone communications, and performance reviews of accounts.
• Gain insights into dealers’ requirements through thorough inquiries, regular follow-ups, and understanding their business operations.
• Implement targeted sales initiatives and demonstrate product offerings effectively.
• Address challenges and offer inventory solutions to dealer clients by leveraging primary and supplementary product offerings.
• Employ data analytics to enhance sales strategies and improve market penetration.
• Collaborate with dealer clients, sales teams, internal stakeholders, marketing departments, and senior management.
• Report directly to the Market Sales Director.
• 3-5+ years of experience in outside sales or business development.
• Background in automotive sales or a related industry.
• Strong organizational abilities and expertise in CRM software.
• Capability to communicate compelling use cases and value propositions to dealerships.
• Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 75% of the time.
• Must be qualified to drive a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Direct experience in start-ups or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with and experience in the automotive remarketing industry is advantageous.
• Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a bonus.
