This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of key fleet charging accounts.
• Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and closing.
• Cater to enterprise and commercial fleet, last-mile delivery, transit fleet, and government/municipal fleet clients.
• Provide insights on customer economics, procurement habits, technical specifications, and competitive landscape to inform segment strategies.
• Offer consistent feedback to Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing teams.
• Manage designated strategic fleet accounts comprehensively, focusing on account health, pipeline expansion, and customer retention.
• Negotiate and design intricate, multi-year fleet charging contracts.
• Increase account presence through opportunities in depot and route electrification.
• Work in conjunction with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and product teams on RFPs and competitive tenders.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI evaluations.
• Monitor accounts and pipeline performance against targets and adapt account strategies as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise sales.
• Preferred experience in commercial fleet electrification.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas in a strategic or enterprise sales capacity.
• Experience in managing and developing named accounts.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Ability to distill complex data into executive-level presentations and business proposals.
• Proficient with contemporary productivity and AI tools.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to think strategically about account development while executing tactical plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of fleet electrification economics, depot charging infrastructure, duty-cycle planning, and the e-mobility and energy market landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for client meetings, industry events, and cross-functional teamwork across office locations.
