This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel growth and enhance partnerships with retailers, placing customer centricity at the core of our initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while overseeing both branded and private label expansion.
• Ensure product success on retail shelves.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams across sales, marketing, category, and supply chain to transform ideas into reality.
• Engage in regular travel to connect with customers and visit stores for valuable market insights.
• Solid understanding of the UK grocery multiples channel, key clients, and extensive National Account experience.
• Commercial acumen with P&L experience (M&S experience is a plus).
• Ability to create, manage, and execute account plans that enhance base sales and distribution, beyond just promotional volume.
• Comfortable engaging at buyer/senior buyer levels and beyond.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with both brands and private label products.
• Knowledge of category management principles and confidence in presenting and implementing insights.
• Proven track record of establishing a strategic vision for an account/channel and executing that vision effectively.
