
National Account Manager – Managed Convenience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop a customer-specific strategic plan for key clients.
• Collaborate to ensure customers have customized annual plans that meet channel financial objectives and brand execution goals in accordance with the Managed Convenience 9 Box Grid.
• Partner with customers to establish exemplary collaborations that implement the plan and guarantee flawless execution at the outlet level.
• Oversee the creation, negotiation, and execution of a robust annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with key customers, in alignment with internal Governance processes.
• Manage the deployment of the WAMOC plan (Winning at the Moments of Choice) and communicate flexible requirements back to the planning teams as part of the collaborative and dynamic management of deployed brand activities.
• Be accountable for the modeling, delivery, and execution of plans involving cost price increases, including negotiation and objection handling related to proposed changes.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Collaboration Manager to ensure accurate forecasting of customer volumes, aiding in total business planning accuracy, along with precise Xtel and Promax inputs to ensure Brilliant Basics delivery.
• Develop and lead a comprehensive customer contact strategy to identify and leverage additional business opportunities.
• Actively monitor account performance, implementing necessary corrective tactics and fostering a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative approach to enhance channel performance.
• Hold full accountability for the P&L of key accounts across Softs and Beer, creating and agreeing upon an appropriate investment plan for key customers to drive the Managed Convenience 9 Box Grid.
• Manage allocated budgets to ensure expenditures align with agreed guidelines from channels and brands, while maximizing return on investment.
• Utilize recognized customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Xtel, Promax, Anaplan, etc., to manage all aforementioned responsibilities and related business processes.
• Strong commercial insight to foster the development of effective JBPs and tailored account plans.
• Proficient understanding and confidence in P&L management and ownership, along with managing both volume and profit forecasting processes.
• Exceptional persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to cultivate highly effective internal and external partnerships.
• Highly developed influencing style, comfortable with constructively challenging and being challenged.
