This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate detailed Account plans featuring measurable metrics and KPIs.
• Establish and oversee targets for the national sales division.
• Cultivate a trustworthy and professional rapport with clients.
• Conduct meetings with clients and account managers.
• Ensure all accounts receive proper care and management.
• Oversee and lead regional sales personnel within your department.
• Address complaints and inquiries on behalf of clients.
• Advocate for new services and products to clients within your department.
• Provide updates to senior management regarding the status of your accounts.
• Take a pivotal role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
• Track and assess market trends, competitors, and potential new sales opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in business management, business science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a regional or national account management role.
• Proven experience selling directly to Electrical Contractors.
• A strong sales background with a successful track record in sales performance.
• A comprehensive understanding of sales metrics, performance measurements, and technical indicators.
• A keen aptitude for analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship abilities.
• Proficient negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Innovative and dynamic problem-solving capabilities.
