• Act as a liaison between Kraft Heinz and the entertainment sector to cultivate impactful relationships with key decision-makers within procurement, culinary, and entertainment teams.
• Develop and monitor performance and sales metrics; provide updates on progress (including achievements, gaps, and areas of non-performance) during critical sales meetings.
• Collaborate across various functions to influence and implement channel-specific programs, including the development of new SKUs, new menu items, limited-time offers (LTOs), and equipment activation.
• Ensure seamless execution and implementation of expansion initiatives throughout the term for products and equipment.
• Deliver onsite operational training related to KHC products and equipment.
• Take proactive ownership of S&OP communication and collaboration with the hypercare team regarding forecasting, purchase order management, supply updates, fill rates, on-time delivery, waste reduction, etc.
• Lead strategic planning with food and beverage teams to secure new business, equipment, innovations, and renovation launches (including co-creation).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be taken into account.
• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated sales experience focused on profitable volume growth, along with a robust network of customer relationships and influence.
• Experience in the restaurant, culinary, and/or distributor industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to independently influence various levels of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Solid financial acumen to affect P&L management; effective business planning and data-driven strategies for maintaining existing and securing new business.
• Experience with customer marketing partnerships or similar roles involving marketing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
