This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of your client portfolio, starting from onboarding and extending to long-term relationship management and service optimization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, fostering trusted relationships.
• Actively identify risks and opportunities while coordinating resources across operational teams.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into Rex RealTrust systems.
• Hold regular client meetings, evolving from onboarding check-ins to ongoing relationship evaluations.
• Track client satisfaction and proactively tackle any concerns that arise.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in commercial property management utilizing Cirrus8.
• Established background in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting.
• Strong grasp of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes, and relevant industry legislation.
• Excellent skills in client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence in leading client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with outstanding problem-solving skills.
