This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Commercial team in achieving the company’s objectives and initiatives.
• Oversee and enhance the annual sales strategies for the Tropicana Brands Group business at Walmart.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships while optimizing profitability.
• Initiate actions and serve as a collaborator and influencer, demonstrating excellent communication, analytical, multitasking, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and creative thinking abilities.
• Successfully engage with Walmart’s Merchants regarding chilled beverages.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and spearhead customer negotiations to enhance the business, achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets.
• Utilize channel expertise and insights on customer strategies to pinpoint profitable growth opportunities, shaping TBG’s growth strategies and tactics (growth opportunities may include new distribution, outpaces, innovation, packaging, pricing, among others).
• Direct all facets of business leadership (IBP process including strategic and tactical planning) with merchants and other Walmart stakeholders, alongside TBG leadership.
• Work collaboratively across functions to steer the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with customer goals, sales innovation, and key initiatives to enhance our standing with the customer.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within a consumer packaged goods organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of fact-based direct selling experience.
• Outstanding customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment, agreement, and commitments with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey and receive information clearly and effectively.
• A storyteller with a passion for crafting and presenting engaging selling narratives.
• Exceptional presentation abilities; capable of presenting to all levels within both customer and internal organizations.
• Proficient in planning and managing major projects with multiple stakeholders in an organized, focused, and efficient manner to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills; adept at setting priorities and multitasking.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills to connect customer and TBG strategies and objectives, leveraging insights to create profitable growth plans.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently without continuous direct supervision to address problems through cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of financials, including the P&L impact of sales decisions.
• Financial aptitude to create sound and compelling profit-driving proposals for TBG and the customer.
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
• Proficient PC skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
