• A storyteller with a passion for crafting and delivering compelling sales narratives.

• Superior presentation abilities, able to engage audiences at all levels within customer and internal organizations.

• Proficient in planning and managing major projects with multiple stakeholders in an organized and efficient manner to achieve objectives and deadlines.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to connect customer and TBG strategies, leveraging insights to create profitable growth plans.

• A self-starter capable of working independently, leading cross-functional initiatives to solve problems without constant supervision.

• Creative in developing win-win solutions.

• Strong understanding of financials, including the P&L impact of sales decisions.

• Financial acumen to construct compelling profit-driving propositions for both TBG and the customer.
