• Accountable for achieving the designated Volume, Net Revenue, and Trade objectives for Shaw’s and Acme Divisions of the Albertsons Company.
• Crafting the annual sales strategy while complying with the Strategic Role of Trade guidelines.
• Recognizing customer needs and priorities to create fact-based sales presentations.
• Management of the financial planner.
• Utilizing Excel modeling to assess financials, valuations, and alternative scenarios.
• Continuous analysis and evaluation of business trends to uncover discrepancies in planning and execution.

• Proven ability to implement both short-term and long-term strategies that support organizational operations and transformations.
• At least 5 years of evidence-based direct selling experience.

• Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment, consensus, and commitments with both internal and external key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey information clearly and concisely in an engaging manner.
• A storyteller with a passion for crafting and delivering compelling sales narratives.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels within both customer and internal organizations.
• Ability to plan and simultaneously oversee major projects involving multiple stakeholders in a structured, focused, and efficient manner to achieve objectives and deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, along with thought leadership capabilities to connect customer and TBG strategies and objectives, leveraging insights to create profitable growth plans.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently without continuous direct supervision to resolve issues by leading cross-functional efforts.
• Creativity in devising win-win solutions.
• Strong understanding of financials, including the P&L impact of sales decisions.
• Financial acumen to develop robust and persuasive profit-driving propositions for TBG and the customer.
