This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for expanding sales with designated customers
• Collaborative Business Planning
• Creation of selling narratives based on insights and analytical data
• Establishing short to mid-term strategies for customers
• Develop and convert sales pipelines
• Enhance SKU assortment through collaborative culinary initiatives
• Conduct RFP and contract negotiations
• Achieve a profitable sales pipeline
• Facilitate the conversion of sales opportunities
• Promote incremental branded sales opportunities
• Assist in S&OP through the forecasting process and waste reduction efforts
• Prior sales experience is essential, showcasing major account management that led to profitable volume, customer penetration, acquisition of new business, and growth
• Preferred experience in national accounts sales, restaurant, culinary, or distributor sectors
• Strong business acumen and intuitive business understanding
• Proven analytical skills, demonstrated through previous use of systems for monitoring and recording sales, effective business planning, and data-driven strategies for maintaining and acquiring customers
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of effective presentations, influencing, and advanced negotiation capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel overnight as required, with variability depending on the territory
