This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee a grocery portfolio with a focus on revenue generation and relationship management.

• Achieve annual revenue goals by meeting specified budgets for grocery accounts.

• Establish and enhance the National Account Manager role via standardized processes, playbooks, and schedules.

• Cultivate broker partnerships to enhance execution at the account level.

• Safeguard and increase base volume while actively seeking additional growth opportunities.

• Create promotional strategies, broaden product assortments, and boost in-store visibility across designated retailers.

• Forge relationships with buyers and category managers to develop collaborative business plans.

• Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and order management.

• Provide routine account updates to management and identify risks early for timely interventions.

• Proven ability to meet sales objectives and manage trade spending within set budgets.

• Skilled in coordinating execution across broker networks.

• Experience in utilizing POS and trade data for informed decision-making.

• Capable of presenting plans to buyers, brokers, and leadership effectively.

• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or grocery account management.

• Demonstrated success in building retailer relationships and formulating joint business plans.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities concurrently.

• Capability to remain seated for extended durations.

• Proficient in using a computer keyboard and viewing a monitor for prolonged periods.
