• Organize and execute distributor showcase events.
• Oversee sales growth strategies and implement new product introductions.
• Successfully implement sales plans for all designated brands and product categories.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key personnel at accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with your manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Fulfill all communication requirements with accounts promptly and efficiently.
• Partner with wholesaler accounts to identify innovative strategies to enhance sales.
• Serve as the intermediary between retail outlets, wholesaler accounts, and our channel marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with standards to uphold a robust brand presence.
• Collaborate with buyers to promote and increase brand visibility.
• Attain expertise in product knowledge.
• A college or university degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail and/or wholesale sales.
• Familiarity with retail events, product demonstrations, and new product launches.
• Capability to develop, forecast, and implement dynamic promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet team objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A clean driver's abstract is required.
• Willingness to travel 30-35% of the time.
• Experience in eCommerce is essential.
