National Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Accountable for developing and spearheading the comprehensive sales and marketing strategy.

• Assume complete responsibility for the Sales Cycle, including listing presentations, execution, forecasting POS review, and promotional planning.

• Continuously assess the competitive landscape to secure appropriate channel positioning.

• Cultivate and sustain strong strategic relationships with key personnel within designated accounts.

• Regular planning and communication are essential.

• Achieve and surpass POS Sales Goals.

• Assist in negotiating annual customer SBA/VBA agreements.

• Provide ongoing support and communication with field teams to facilitate growth in the field.

• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure growth targets are met.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.

• Over 8 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, specifically focused on the Construction and Industrial sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.

• Strong ability to remain flexible and adapt to changes in business practices and market conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proven leadership and team collaboration skills, with a solid track record of driving sales growth.

• Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple levels within the business unit (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, etc.).

• National and local customer travel is required (60%).
