This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The National Account Manager (NAM) oversees the daily operations related to customer/category management for their assigned accounts.
• Achieve top-tier sales and profitability objectives.
• Cultivate a culture that inspires innovative ideas and promotes a collaborative organization.
• Implement commercially driven strategies tailored for their clients.
• Leverage cutting-edge data, information systems, and metrics regarding financials, brand performance, and customer trends to enhance sales and profits.
• Guide category insights and strategic planning for the Category Managers/Buyers at these accounts.
• Create initiatives and strategies aimed at expanding the retailer’s category and overall business performance.
• Comprehend the retailer’s requirements, strategies, and goals.
• Prepare and present retailer-specific presentations for Line Reviews, Programs, and Mid-Season updates.
• Optimize product availability across distribution channels in alignment with brand strategy.
• Bachelor’s/University degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales planning, sales distribution, and/or trade is advantageous.
• Familiarity with managing a minimum $10M book of business is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving proactive revenue and growth objectives.
• Effective relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders, including accounts and end-users.
• Capability to manage both internal and external demand and inventory planning.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and drive change management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be capable of presenting data in a coherent manner.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
