National Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders of national accounts.

• Address and resolve client issues effectively.

• Deliver regular updates to clients regarding completed tasks.

• Facilitate quarterly and biannual business review meetings.

• Recognize and pursue opportunities for account expansion.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.

• Knowledge of General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, and Lawn services.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding organizational skills.
