• Accountable for driving the Company’s business growth within designated territories.
• Meeting sales objectives by acquiring new clients and expanding the product range among existing customers.
• Identify and target regional accounts and prospects in collaboration with the Director of National Accounts.
• Sustain relationships with current clients while attracting new ones by achieving or surpassing revenue goals, growth targets, account retention, and customer service responsibilities.
• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Inform customers about regulatory compliance matters.
• Execute sales strategies aimed at optimizing revenue and profits.
• Support the coordination and execution of Regional and National account sales initiatives.
• Track and report sales performance in relation to established goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sciences, or Management.
• At least 3 years of proven success in selling outsourced services to the retail sector or similar industries.
• Familiarity with the RCRA, DOT, and DEA regulatory framework is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships or rapidly establish connections with C-level executives, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing within the retail industry.
• Innovative thinker able to explore "out of the box" solutions.
